Maker
You are the Maker when your act directly made a thing that did not exist before. The writer who wrote the words, the coder who wrote the code, the painter who painted, each is a Maker, one of the four ways to Author a work. What separates the Maker from a Performer is that the Maker makes the content, where a Performer's take is the work; from an Adapter, that the Maker's thing is new, not built from an older work; and from a Curator, that the Maker made the parts, not just chose and placed them.
