Created an original print.

A printmaker makes original art prints. They develop an image and work it into a matrix, which may be a plate, block, stone, or screen, then transfer that image onto paper in a signed, numbered edition. The printmaker often receives visual direction from an art director and resources from a commissioner. After setting the approved standard, they hand the work to a master printer who pulls the edition and to a gallerist who releases it. The printmaker brings the original image into existence.
